Hi, my name is ICEL DY.
I have been in the Real Estate Industry for 20 years. My roots in property investment stems from 7 years of working and learning from the country’s top real estate developer – Ayala Land Inc., where I started as a Property Consultant, moving on to a Senior Account Specialist, to Sales Manager, handling over 100 customers, before moving on to becoming the Co-founder and Vice President of Spectrum Investments.
I have also been a property investor since 2006, and have already been enjoying passive income from property rentals. My fascination in catching the up and coming has led me to do a lot of research and study on property trends, and my fear of working forever has pushed me to learn all about financial management as much as I can, even taking the course to be a Registered Financial Planner.
